| Shahin-e-Gharb Soccer Team; Soccer is the most papular game in the world, This sport is such attractive that motivated billions of people regardless of being young & old,male and female, adict or healthy to watch soccer plays on T.V. This is a reason to make this sport the most papular all around the world . From small and old Alleies in the south of tehran with simple plastic balls,up to the standard playing courts and standard balls , all , have been Arranged to provide happy times for both players and intrested watchers. This game,also have been a good source of income in such away that some times millions of dollars have been payed for making a GOAL! and in the other side,these amounts are sufferred to distruct a team. Soccer is an art, and a job, as well as an amusement. Sometimes the reputation of a country is depending upen this sport. Sometimes a soccer team like "Galtasaray" from the bottom of the list in its own country jumps to the head of the europian soccer teams list . In the other hand a super power team like national British soccer team,goes out of the World Cup. Truely this variations, jumping up and disending down make the soccer so attractive. Today, tactics are not the only criteria, but speed and body power are important as well. The more speedy game, The more goals achived, and the more satisfaction of the people is attained. Wildness in games exists but realy, although nastiness is the nesesety of the beautiful and papular soccer game. Our team, "{Shahin-e-Gharb}" (English synonim : "West Falcon") is an hounerred , successful team with good ethics players. A team which is able to enter to the first grade team's list of Iran, yet not in a very far future although investing and attention more are required opptimisticly the day will shows up that "Shahin-e-Gharb" can take an appropriate place amoung World Clubs ! The responsible and ethical coath of the team, "Mr. Hooman Nazari" regularly takes the both positions : as a Coath and as a Player, which is a difficult job to be managed by one person. With his spesific style of training, soccer game has been established in a lovable situation for the members. Exercises countinue even in holydays as well week days,Which never shuts down and countinuesly, week by week, getting more power. This is why I dairly can claim that even the famous teams of Iran league have less and sometimes more disefittient exercises than "Shahin-e-Gharb". Since "Shahin-e-Gharb" does not have an alocated budget from government,the players unify with each other and themselves finance to afford the cost of ordinery expenses such as gate, net, balls, clothing, etc. Most of the players drive their own cars so the parking lot of the exercise court is intresting, Perhaps the cars play soccer as well.!!! Playing soccer is not the main job of our kids, they have various jobs to afford the cost of living. As an example, recently, some of them have set up a Fast Food Shop in the good area of Tehran. The players oftenly get together in this restaurant, so they visit each other in regular and sociable appearance in a diffirent invironment from the court which increises the inspiration and soul of the team as a whole. Briefly, some factores such as friendship, mutal understanding, improved technics, reasonable speed, considrable power, tunned intentions, informal gathering, cooperation, and the most important profesional ethics have been bases for configuration of good players in a team under the name of "Shahin-e-Gharb" which is will known as an "Ethical" team.
